Jon S. Davis

Mr. Davis received his B.A. degree from the University of Michigan and his J.D. degree from George Washington National Law Center in Washington, D.C. in 1968.  He was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in 1970 after serving two years in the Peace Corps in Ecuador, South America.  Mr. Davis has been a real estate attorney conducting foreclosures in Massachusetts for more than 37 years.  He has been a faculty member of Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) teaching real estate conveyancing, foreclosure and ethics practice to other attorneys.

Mr. Davis has remained an active participant in the real estate legal community as a member of the Board of Directors of the Real Estate Bar Association of Massachusetts (REBA) since 1989 and served as it's president in 1995.

Mr. Davis’ community involvement includes being a founder and a member of the Board of Directors of Talking Information Center; a statewide radio reading service for the visually impaired; a former member of the Town of Hingham Housing Partnership Committee; and a former member of the Board of Directors of the Hingham Institution for Savings and the Hull Cooperative Bank.  Mr. Davis is married has two children and enjoys golf.

Michael E. Brust

Mr. Brust received his B.A. degree (Cum Laude) from Bowdoin College in Brunswick, Maine in 1977 and his J.D. degree from the University of Maine School of Law in 1980.  He was admitted to the Maine Bar in 1980 and the Massachusetts Bar in 1987.

Mr. Brust’s community involvement includes being on the Board of Directors of the Marshfield Boys and Girls Club. Mr. Brust is married has two children and enjoys running.

Amy Lipman-White

Ms. Lipman-White received her B.A. degree (Cum Laude) from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst in 1985 and her J.D. degree from Suffolk University Law School in 1991.  She was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in 1991 and the Federal District Court of Massachusetts, First Circuit in 1992.

Ms. Lipman-White’s community involvement includes lecturing about Bankruptcy with local Bar associations; volunteering at the Norfolk County Probate Court as an Attorney for the Day; volunteering for the Norfolk County Bar Associations Free Legal Clinic; Pro Bono Bankruptcy Attorney for Volunteer Lawyers Project; Career Mentor to Woodward School for Girls; Treasurer and Membership Director for South Coastal Chapter of Hadassah; Community Fundraiser for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. Ms. Lipman-White is married has one child and enjoys sports and going to the theater.

Laura J. Adams

Ms. Adams received her B.A. degree (cum laude) from Providence College in 1999 and her J.D. degree from New England School of Law in 2002. She was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in 2002. She is also admitted into the Federal District Court of Massachusetts, First Circuit.

Ms. Adams' community involvement includes volunteering for the Massachusetts State Mock Trial competition and volunteering for the Providence College Career Shadowing Program. Ms. Adams is married, has two children and enjoys reading, running and is an avid sports fan.
