Mr. Davis received
his B.A. degree from the University of Michigan and his J.D.
degree from George Washington National Law Center in
Washington, D.C. in 1968. He was admitted to the
Massachusetts Bar in 1970 after serving two years in the
Peace Corps in Ecuador, South America. Mr. Davis has been a
real estate attorney conducting foreclosures in
Massachusetts for more than 37 years. He has been a faculty
member of Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education (MCLE)
teaching real estate conveyancing, foreclosure and ethics
practice to other attorneys.
Mr. Davis has remained an active participant in the real estate legal community as a member of the Board of Directors of the Real Estate Bar Association of Massachusetts (REBA) since 1989 and served as it's president in 1995.
Mr. Davis’ community
involvement includes being a founder and a member of the
Board of Directors of Talking Information Center; a
statewide radio reading service for the visually impaired; a
former member of the Town of Hingham Housing Partnership
Committee; and a former member of the Board of Directors of
the Hingham Institution for Savings and the Hull Cooperative
Bank. Mr. Davis is married has two children and enjoys
golf.
